Overall Review: 1st unit arrived damaged. We usually use the Tivo remote anyway, which takes over all functions of the TV just fine. Remote looks kinda cheap, but performs all functions adequately, so I can't complain. This model has a lot of options for tweaking your picture & sound, as well as various settings to smooth out color & screen format.

QAM tuner built-in picked up extra channels I normally could not decode. It looks great, SD DVD looks great, OTA HD channels look amazingly sharp.
